After 100 years of operation, Broken Hill North Mine was put in care and maintenace in 1993, only to re-open in 2018. After continued success at Perilya’s Broken Hill Southern Operations, Jetcrete was approached to provide shotcrete services at the North Mine.

Initially shotcrete supply was relied upon from the South Mine, but Jetcrete has now become self suffient onsite with its own batchplant and fleet. Cablebolting services are also provided onsite.
