    Acknowledgment of your employment application
    Once we have received your completed application for employment, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt.  Incomplete applications may not be considered.  It should also be noted that unsuccessful applicants may not always be notified due to the high volume of applications rcceived.

    Shot-Listing
    Suitable applicants are shotlisted for the interview stage by Human Resource personnel and Management based on the information provided on the application form, your CV and cover letter.

    Interviewing
    Applicants may be invited to attend interview. You will be notified in advance of the interview details such as where, when and who will be conducting the interview and the process involved.

    Reference Checking
    Within your CV your are required to provide three referees (supervisor and/ or manager) who have typically observed you in the work environment. By supplying these referees you are authorising the Byrnecut Group to make contact with these referees in relation to your application.

    Pre-employment Screening
    If you are successful at the interview and reference checking stages, you will be asked to have a pre-employment medical (which will include drug and alcohol screening) and complete all relevant site clearance forms. A Police Clearance may also be requested. A Group representative will contact you in relation to both matters and discuss details before attending the appointment.

    Offer of Employment
    On successful completion of the above stages of the recruitment process, a written offer of employment will be made.
