Jetcrete Australia has fully resourced Safety, Environment Quality & Training (SEQ&T) Department comprising SEQ&T Practitioners based at locations across Australia and led by the SEQ&T Manager who is based corporately in Perth.  

The systems managed and promoted by the SEQ&T Department are supported at a site level by the Jetcrete Australia Site and Senior Area Supervisors. Each Site and Senior Area Supervisor has received specific training for the following SEQ&T system elements which assist Jetcrete Australia to maintain legislative and client requirements:

• Risk Assessments & Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s)
• Operator Training
• Competency Based Assessments
• Task Observations
• Incident Reporting and Investigation (ICAM investigation method and specific client requirements)
• Periodic Site & Workplace Inspections and Auditing to Jetcrete Standards.

Risk Management

Risk assessments are carried out and prepared for all new processes and for any new mobile or fixed plant that is introduced at Jetcrete Australia sites. The risk assessments are provided for each project.

JHA’s are prepared for all non-routine tasks and where there is no existing Jetcrete Australia Training Resource Manual (TRM) or Procedure. JHA’s are completed with input from relevant personnel working within a team and completed prior to any task proceeding. 

Training Resource Materials (TRM)

Jetcrete Australia is committed to providing safe and effective work procedures for all equipment and processes used in our operations. The Jetcrete Australia TRM’s are developed to meet the highest standards and are:

• Aligned to the National Metalliferous Mining Competency Standards
• Developed in accordance with Australian Quality Framework guidelines, and
• Developed in consultation with employees, supervisors, corporate management and industry experts

BSAFE

Jetcrete uses the Byrnecut SEQ&T Management System (BSAFE Web) to provide an online tracking system for SEQ&T system data and is backed by (ACCSTAT) for statistical data and trend analysis.

SEQ&T Legislation

Jetcrete is committed to complying with applicable statutory Safety, Environmental, Quality and Training Legislative requirements and maintaining any site requirements imposed by specific clients.
